Shipping and Returns

This website delivers to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.

If there is no one at the address given who is able and competent to accept delivery of the products, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of the products.

We are proposing 3 types of shipping methods:

• Same day delivery is available in Riyadh for orders placed before 6PM.
• Next day delivery is available in Riyadh.
• Standard delivery orders will be delivered:
  • Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar & Dhahran: 2–3 working days
  • Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif & Tabuk: 3–4 working days
  • Other major cities: 4–5 working days
  • Remote locations: 6–7 working days

Please note that orders cannot be processed by our delivery partner on public holidays, and public holidays do not count toward the working days quoted above. If no one is available to accept delivery, you will have the option to arrange an alternative delivery date or receive further information about collecting your order from the courier company. Orders that include customized items (if applicable) may take longer to deliver.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders. Same-day delivery is offered at a charge of 30 SAR, and next day delivery at 26 SAR.

• Should you ever purchase anything from the Kérastase website www.kerastase.sa that is not pleasing to you, you may return it for a full 100% refund via website within 14 days. Products sold via the website may not be returned to other store locations.
• All products must be returned to us unused and with all Kérastase tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 14 days of the date of purchase of your order. We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
• Kérastase products purchased in all other locations may not be returned to the website
• For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you purchase Kérastase products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
• If you require further information regarding the return of any Kérastase beauty products, please do not hesitate to contact us. It would be our pleasure to assist you.

• Refunds can only be processed when the order is returned in its entirety. This includes all purchased items, along with any complimentary gifts or Gift With Purchase (GWP) provided as part of the original order. Partial returns are not eligible for refund.
• Once the product is returned to our warehouse in the required condition, we treat the refund directly through the payment method used for placing the order.
• If you paid by credit card, the value of the products returned will be credited to your card.
• If you paid by cash on delivery, the value of products returned will be transferred to you via bank transfer.
• The refunds can take up to one month to be completed depending on the working process and rules of the courier company and logistics. We thank you for your understanding.
• We reserve the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our return policy
• In case you used a promotion code on your order, please note that the value of the promotion code is divided up proportionally among the total number of items on the receipt. In case of return, you will get the refund of the amount paid on the returned item minus the promotion amount applied.
